How the store admin works
- Connect Square: From your dashboard, click “Connect Square” and approve access. We save your merchant ID, store name, and primary location to your account.
- Sync catalog: We import items, variants, and images from your Square catalog. Edit products in Square; sync pulls updates into NOTLINE.
- Inventory & orders: Inventory comes from Square. Orders are created in Square; NOTLINE tracks order status and pickup workflow.
- Data: We store your Square access token (encrypted), merchant ID, store name, and location ID. Payments are processed by Square—card details never touch our servers.
For Fans
How to order and pick up
- Scan the QR: At the venue, scan the artist’s QR to open their store instantly in your browser.
- Real-time stock: Browse items with live availability synced from the artist’s Square catalog.
- Secure checkout: Pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay via Square. You’ll get an order code and confirmation.
- Fast pickup: Show your order QR/code at the merch table to collect your items.

How does NOTLINE work?
NOTLINE allows you to browse and pre-order concert merchandise online before or during an event. Simply select your items, place your order, and pick them up at the designated location without waiting in line.
When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order as soon as you receive a notification that it's ready. Notifications are typically sent within 15-30 minutes of placing your order during the event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Do I need to install an app?
No app installation is required! NOTLINE works directly in your mobile browser. However, you can add it to your home screen for quick access.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Our support team is here to help! Visit the help desk at the event location or contact us through our contact page for assistance.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for cancelled events or if we're unable to fulfill your order. Please contact our support team with your order details.
